Scheduling and Policies

Scheduling:
Please contact us at least 48 hours before your preferred session time by calling 786.585.0209 or send us an email to info@rewsmiami.com to schedule.

At the session:
Prior to or at the photo session, the agent should outline important elements of the property or areas that should not be captured. Agents are expected to have the property staged and clean prior to our arrival. Although we will make a reasonable effort to tidy the rooms to create the most aesthetically pleasing and uncluttered shoots, all properties will be shot “AS IS”.

Unless otherwise specified, the facade, one or more angles of each major room, primary bedroom and bathroom, secondary bedrooms and bathrooms and views of the yard and/or views from the property -if any- will be captured. Your input is important, feel free to tell us what angles you’ve in mind. Without your input, will use our best judgment, experience and creativity to decide how to best photograph the property.

After the session – Deliverables:
Photography: Once the images have been taken, we’ll edit them and individually retouch each one for optimum quality. Expect the photos within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Agent will be provided two sets of images; one set optimized for MLS use and a High Resolution for printing. Files are delivered via DropBox link.

Videography: The basic and plus video options would get you the final version within 48 Hours. If we’re also recording interviews, talent, props or b-roll then, turn around time will be higher and discussed at the session.

Once the video is received, you have 24 Hours to send us your edits; which might include: removing some scenes, making the video shorter or taking out portions of the interview. If you want to select a specific audio you’re welcome to, but file must be provided prior to the session starts.

Floor Plan: Depending on your package selection and property size your floor plan should arrive within 3 days. If we consider more time would be required you shall be noticed at the time of the session.

We will deliver a PDF with a page per floor and extra pages if your request to also have a version including the LOT.

Cancellations:
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. For reasons other than weather, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged if the scheduled session is canceled within 24 hours. If you do not reschedule at the time of the cancelation and/or the new date is greater than 7 days from the original session, it will be considered a cancellation and you’ll be charged $50 but these will be credited back when the session is completed. Every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduling as soon as possible.

Payments:
We accept checks, cash or Zelle as forms of payment.  Please contact us for more information.

Rights and usage policies:
All photos, videos and/or floor plans produced for an agent or broker (hereafter referred to as client) may be used by the client for any marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the client’s self promotion. These may also be used by the client’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property for the duration of the listing, and must not be distributed to a third party without permission.

Also note that the photos, videos and/or floor plans will be copyrighted and licensed only to the client and the client’s parent company and not to any third party. Any usage of the photos, videos and/or floor plans by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer. By hiring REWS Group, you are bound by this contract and agree to comply with all aforementioned statements and policies.

All materials are guaranteed to be as specified and in accordance with the details and locations discussed. All files will be delivered electronically and in time unless otherwise discussed.
